Our beloved Organic Peru bean with a lighter, brighter roast. A solid medium, this profile has a wonderful demarera, chocolatey base and a thread of lemony acidity on the finish. Excellent mouthfeel and body. - Favoured for a drip, well worth your time as a pourover.
